NEW YORK - The start of the Thanksgiving holiday week has all the wrong ingredients at LaGuardia Airport: foul weather and normal congestion combined with extra holiday travelers. Flights are delayed an average of 80 minutes, and at least 10 planes can be seen lined up for takeoff. Rain mixed withgusty winds also caused delays at Newark International Airport, where flight arrivals are delayed an average of one hour and 21 minutes.
